Corey Cuc
Corey Cuc is the head artist at Hot Rod, with more time here than any other tattooer. He has been tattooing for 25 years as of 2025. Though he is skilled in virtually every style of tattooing, his passions lie in American traditional and traditional Japanese styles with an emphasis on large scale projects. He works by appointment four days a week and offers walk-in tattoos every Monday.
Hannah
Hannah has been with us since 2021 and has been tattooing for over five years professionally. She has an impressive resume with experience in the field of art education as well. Hannah is well rounded in many styles of tattooing with a penchant for compositions incorporating floral, nature and all things organic. Her signature style is known for her use of bright vivid colors. She works by appointment four days a week and offers walk-ins every Sunday.
Creighton
Creighton has been tattooing professionally for five years and was taught by the shop’s founding father, Sweet Chuck. He is a well rounded artist that specializes in illustrative comic book style, as well as large scale floral compositions. Creighton works by appointment four days a week and does walk-in tattoos every Friday.
Seth Hill
Seth Hill is our youngest tattoo artist, and was apprenticed under the guidance of our senior artist Corey Cuc. Seth had a unique grasp on the technical aspects of tattooing from day one and has grown in leaps and bounds for an artist of his experience. He loves tattooing in the American traditional style and is capable of most any style you may want. He works by appointment Sunday through Wednesday and does walk-ins every Saturday.
Joe Thomas
Joe Thomas is a veteran artist with over 30 years of experience. He is known throughout eastern Ohio for his illustrative realism with a knack for his grasp on the human form. Joe commutes from Maryland every week and works by appointment only, Thursdays and Fridays.
Cole Crawford
Cole Crawford originally began working at Hot Rod full-time in 2003. Nowadays, he is a resident traveling artist and is here once a month for at least eight days at a time. Cole is the definition of a “street shop” artist. There’s no style of tattoo he cannot do well. His favorite styles are large Japanese pieces but he also excels as a portrait artist. Please call the shop to check his availability, he works by appointment only and is always booked in advance.
Matt Emel
Matt Emel is a resident traveling artist who commutes from upstate New York. His skill set resides primarily in large scale full color saturation tattoos. His schedule varies from month to month. Feel free to call the shop and ask about his next availability.
Autumn
Autumn has been a part of the Hot Rod family since 2010 and has been piercing professionally for 13 years. She is also responsible for curating the wide array of exquisite fine jewelry we offer. She currently works by appointment only, Tuesday through Thursday.
June
June is the youngest and newest member of our family. Despite her youth in the industry, she is adept in all aspects of body piercing, with a focus on educating our clients in making informed decisions. She works by appointment Mondays and Fridays, and offers walk-in piercings on weekends.

How do I make an appointment?
We don’t take any tattoo appointments over the phone or online so please stop in person, we are open 7 days a week. Piercing appointments are booked online at hrtpiercingohio.com.
Do you do consultations?
Yes, for larger or more complex custom ideas. Consultations are free, we do require a $100 non-refundable deposit to book appointments for larger work. We are CASH ONLY and we have an ATM on-site.
How should I prepare for my tattoo appointment?
We ask that you show up clean, well rested, well fed and on-time. These things have a HUGE impact on your overall tattoo experience so don’t take them lightly!
What is my deposit used for?
Your deposit goes towards the price of your tattoo, holds your spot and ensures that you are serious about your tattoo appointment. No-call/no-shows automatically forfeit their deposit. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly honor your deposit by giving us at least 24 hours notice.
Do you do cover-ups?
Yes! They normally require a consultation.

What are your age restrictions?
You must be at least 16 in the state of Ohio to get tattooed. Most piercings you must be at least 15. A state issued photo ID is required for both tattoos and piercings, regardless of age.
